In Western Massachusetts, we’ve got a celebration for just about everything. And if we don’t have it now, we probably will next year.
Hit Hampshire County at the right time (which is just about any time), and you’ll come across some sort of festival where you can indulge in food that’s bigger than it should be and celebrate anything you can think of: jazz, arts, pride, books, asparagus. We could go on. Summer brings fairs big and small (some of the oldest in the country) with more food, farm animals and fun than you could possibly get to in a day.
While many festivals and fairs are on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic, some in-person events and online offerings are still happening. Please check the calendar for more information.
